Where can I find this barrel hinge?

It is about 5/8 inch in diameter and the screw holes are aproximately one inch apart. One is missing from a friends "Extensole" table and he has been unable to locate one.

Dell, that is a Soss hinge try Woodworkers Hardware Page # 120 in their catalog there are a lot of different sizes listed
