I want to remind all the turners out there that the Adirondack Woodturners Association will be holding our annual Totally Turning 2006 Woodturning Symposium in Albany, NY. The dates are Sat & Sun, October 14 & 15, 2006. Website is www.totallyturning.com (http://www.totallyturning.com) for more info.
We have several changes this year including more room for the instant gallery and vendors. Our Saturday banquet will be held at the convention center this year on DRY LAND! (Inside joke for those who came the last 2 years:D ).
Featured presenters include David Nittman, Cindy Drozda, Malcolm Tibbetts, Dick Sing, Rex Burningham as well as other regional and local turners. Even I got shanghai'd into doing a demo each day. It'd be nice to have a bunch of SMC family show up and heckle,I mean support, my demos:eek: ;) .
