Our local turning chapter (Arizona Woodturners Association) is putting on the Desert Woodturning Roundup Symposium Feb 10-11, 2007. For folks who live where the weather is a tad cooler in the winter, this may be a good time to come down to experience the desert and catch some great woodturning demos.
