Just a small lidded pot. The lid is a left over tenon of duno wood that I had used for a couple of other small items and still had the maple left glued to it. The pot is maple but found a crack through the rim so I did not dare go any thinner. I guess you could call it a leftover turning J 5 inches tall X4 wide. Minwax Tung oil finish. The flash makes the pot look a lot lighter than in real life. I like the contrasting wood for the top though. All welcome to comment as to good, bad, or just plain ugly J

That Maple sure is pretty wood and you did it good too.!!! :cool:

Scott that is a beauty. I do like the contrasting wood in the lid. That is some wild wood. Nice job.
