French fry scoop:rolleyes: . Yes, and mine is around here somewhere. I think it was a good idea for safety... I just can't take it as it is too much of a distraction.

Congratulations on the new lathe. I'm still going through the learning curve with her. I have a real difficult time doing a draw cut with my left elbow banging into the large headstock:mad: .
