I ordered a telescoping miter fence for my Incra miter gauge. The fence sent was out of plane even at its most collapsed position; getting worse as it was extended.

I emailed Incra and asked if this was the expected tolerances. I got and immediate response that it was not and a new fence was supplied that is more like what I expect from Incra products.

Great CS and very, very nice and quick about it.

Hi Glenn. My Incra 3000SE miter fence developed a small amount of slop in the pin at the pivot point. Since I had bought it from Woodpeckers, I sent them a note about the problem. They forwarded the note to Incra. A lady at Incra sent me an Email asking for my mailing address so that they could send me an entire gauging/pivot sub-assembly. All I had to do was to remove the the actual fence and bar for the miter slot, and transfer them to the new sub-assembly. No questions asked, just good service, both from Incra and Woodpeckers.
