We are about to start on a new house and I am trying to get a handle on the competing bids. One hugh cost difference between bids is in the cost of footings and basement costs. One of the bids uses block and one poured walls and the poured is much higher. Can anyone give me an idea of the normal cost differences in these two methods for the same building? How about the precast walls like Superior Walls? Thanks in advance!
