Looking for white oak

I am looking for a source with reasonable prices for white oak in northwest Washington State. Somewhere between Bellingham & Seattle along the I-5 corridor.

Hi Bart,

Do you want quarter or flat sanw? How thick? How much do you need I have a few boards in my shop. I can get a decent price from a supplier on a 500 bf order. I haven't been able to locate a native NW white oak tree to have sawn. If I do I will let you know. You might check with Andrew Field to see if he has any.

How is your friend Don doing with the turning bug? Has he bought a lathe yet.
