Takes a couple hours to cut out (not even including assembly, tape removal), and uses 6 sheets of 12x24 MDF. So probably not something you can resale. I made it for me, I'm just sharing. It would go a lot faster to use longer tabs, without a doubt. But in case you haven't noticed, I really like the symmetrical-ness of having the tab match the material thickness (1/4"), plus it will match my shadowboxes. It's also kinda deep, so it might look a little awkward. I made it deep enough for my larger envelopes, so it's functional though.
