Corel application recovery manager

Has anyone put in several hours of work on a graphic and then have the ARM show up and tell you the program is having problems?

Thank goodness I press Ctrl-S every few minutes. :D

Can anyone point me in the direction to fixing this problem?

Sometimes it helps to reset Corel's workspace settings. To restore the application’s workspace to the default settings, hold down F8 while starting the program.

Not seen this with X3. Used to see it with earlier versions though.

Works the same way... F8 while booting up Corel.
