Amazon for $136.99 delivered. Is this a good

As to what it is, it's Freuds super dado (I believe it's called that, due to having more shims and capability then the regular dado set)

I have that set and love it. FYI I paid $165 and thought it was worth every penny so IMO its a great deal.
