I know that I read some comments about the new Lee Valley Sharpening System a few days ago, but I cannot find them. I am not even certain where I saw the comments. So I get to look silly. Has anyone bought the new sharpener or have they have seen it in use? Does it work as well as they say it does? I have several things from Lee Valley, and their quality has always been great, but I thought that I would check before spending. Thanks.
