In this thread (http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=40308&highlight=mule) I asked about recommendations for a four wheel toy. Ian Abraham pointed me to the Kawasaki Mule 610, which we ended up buying. (Note: we'll be getting the bikes someone else recommended after our 4yo learns to ride a bike.) We've had it for almost a month now, and all I can say is that it was pretty much perfect for us.

We've been on the trails I've mowed out back playing and that's been fun. I've used it to get around the yard a little easier on my sprained ankle. Today we used it to tow the trailer around while we trimmed bushes and did general landscape cleanup. The trailer held all the trimmings while the bed of the mule was used to carry tools or dirt. The dirt was easily delivered to a sink hole and dumped in the right spot.

In the past I've had heavily modified cars. The reality of life has meant driving more normal cars, minivans, and trucks so I haven't had a toy to work on. This has fit the bill for that as I've made several modifications including a winch, top, floor mat, head rests, and hitch. The headrests and floor mat I made myself. I've got a few more changes I want to make first and foremost being a spray-in bedliner.
