Hi,
I am making a coffee table with "Blood Wood" and "White Maple".
I have the top glued together with alternating woods.
When I sand it looks like the bloodwood dust is staining the white maple.

Is there a way to get the stain out?

Don't know for sure but if you have some scrap you might experiment with household bleach?

Rather than sanding, using a card scraper is likely your best bet, both to remove the 'stain' and to smooth the top prior to finishing. While the maple's pores are small, they are still large enough to grab onto the dust from the red material.
