Need Help with project

Hi,
I am making a coffee table with "Blood Wood" and "White Maple".
I have the top glued together with alternating woods.
When I sand it looks like the bloodwood dust is staining the white maple.

Is there a way to get the stain out?

How about trying a scraper.

Yup! I agree.

A card scraper will smooth and flatten the surface by removing very fine shavings, rather sawdust that gets in the lighter wood's pores.
