I ordered a new Hitachi M12V plunge router 3-1/4hp and a Freud raised panel bit from Amazon with their $25off!!

I just checked the tracking and it should be delivered tonight, Woohoo!

Nice score. That's the same router I have mounted in my table. I added a Router Raizer and I love it.:)

Thats my next buy. I am also going to try and make a motorized router lift.

I saw a real nice set up by someone here who posted his set up and it looked pretty good. I cant remember his name but maybe he'll re post his design.
