I spent this past weekend demoing for our Craftmen's Guild. Turned a few small NE bowls and a couple HFs on my mini. Just got this one buffed this evening. 5" diameter by 6 1/2" to the top of the Blackwood finial. Buffed Watco finish.

That is a beauty Travis. I really like the form and finish. Someday I will get there. Nice work on the finale.

Whoa. Neat shape on impressive wood. That finial is really unique as well ...in a good way! I'm guessing "gallery piece".

Dang! Missed this one - and I'll just blame it on that new guy, Ernesto - interloper that he is.
Nice little piece of talent there, Travis. Yours and the wood. Thanks.

I could tell this was one of your pieces, just by seeing the form, Travis! Excellent as usual!
