A couple of new birdhouses

A couple of birdhouses that I completed in preparation for a display I am thinking of taking to the GAW Woodturning Symposium next month. One is oak in the shape of an acorn with the stem shaped to resemble twigs that were broken off. The other is sycamore that I dyed purple and gold. There are bound to be some transplant LSU fans living in Georgia. I just hope that crazy storm doesn't head that way when it makes up its mind on what it's going to do.
