Hey Everybody. I'm a new member here, been lurking for a while and decided to sign up. I too am from another forum and decided it was time to move on. Looks like a wealth of information here and hope to post some projects as they get finished.

Welcome to the Creek, Matt! Lots of expertise here (not mine) and friendly folks.

But . . . the picture police will get you if you don't post some pics of your shop or your work or something! :D

Of course welcome. Everyone should be welcome! Hobbyist or Professional, or even collectors, all should be welcomed, IMO.

It's important to understand that we all have something to share, we all have something to learn, and we all can help each other, by helping and sharing some of that knowledge.

It is unfortunate that electronic communications lack expression in many cases, or doesn't provide the same expression meant to the reader which the writer may have meant. The goodness does out weigh the evil, IMO.

Welcome Matt, from a mere polywog in the creek.
