Hey, I think I might have even beaten Walmart at starting too early for Christmas things. But I have to 'try' to demonstrate how to turn an inside out Christmas ornament at our clubs September meeting. So I'm starting to make a few for practice. Lots of cutting, sanding, glueing, un-glueing for a 2 hr demo.

This one is made from walnut strips cut on a bandsaw from a walnut branch with a piece of grab bag mystery wood for the center spindle and finial. It's just hanging on a wire for now but will get a piece of sparkly gold thread eventually.

Great job Curt, I bet that demo will go over big time.

Again, nice job...;)

Great job Curt. I need to make at least 3 of those for the grandkids. Demo will go over big I am sure.

Nice looking work, Curt. I think your demo will go over very well with all the time, practice, and preparation you're putting into it.

I'd sure like to see that demo Curt... or maybe an article. Nice job.

Good looking ormanents! You didn't beat Costco, though. LOML reports 4 small aisles of Christmas stuff as of last weekend!
