need plans for a cabinet with sliding doors above a computer desk.

Hi:

I would like to put a small cabinet above my computer desk to store paper, books, ect. I want the cabinet to have sliding doors instead of the regular doors. Anyone know where I can get something like that , either premade or plans to build a cabinet?
