I bought some nightlights to test out, but I noticed the clip part where the "shade" attaches flexes and isn't flat when clipped in place.

How do you affix the shade to the clip? It looks like glue won't hold long.

Shaddy,

It depends on the nightlight you use. I have found that they are not all the same. With the ones that I used I had to "tweek" the inside of the base a little to get it right. Then use a little glue to hold it good. Check out my website to see what they look like. www.jdlasegifts.com (http://www.jdlasegifts.com).

You forgot the R, but I got to your site. Looks like some great stuff there.

My lights are different, I think i got them from WildWood designs. Where did you get yours?

Did you just use glus to stick the wood together, then to the light clamp?

I have a solvent based glue called Duco that seems to work pretty good for the prefinished woods.

Mine are made by berry basket but you have to by them from laserbits.com. I glue mine together with Weldbond.....works great and dries fast and clear.
