Will Titebond adhere well to Teak, or should I stick with Gorilla Glue?

Steven,
Try an experiment! :) However, from what I recall, teak is oily and needs wiped with mineral spirits before glue up. I have also heard that poly glues (i.e. Gorilla) also adhere better to the oily woods.

I have always used acetone and I think I have seen Norm use it too. I would use epoxy or gorilla IMHO. What is it going to be used for?

I didn't even think about wiping it with a solvent to promote adhesion. I'm planning on using a conversion varnish, will a solvent wipe affect the finish.
Most of the teak is both solid and ply that is scrap from a job at work. I'm planning on using it when I remodel my bath. I don't have any specific designs yet because I'm not sure how much material I'll wind up with.
