Good day

I made some 36” long panel gluing and a few boards had some cupping.

In the past, I was just banging down the cupping with hammer but I noticed that it leaves some marks from the clamp under the panel (and also hit my finger).

I would like to share with you more gentle idea.

Regards
niki

I use the curved caul method and can glue up a 4' x 8' panel with perfect registration by myself. The cauls are useful for many other applications as well. I find the simple way is usually the best way. Your way looks too complicated. I've also used the industrail clamping sytems in factoreis so I've tried all the different methods out there.
