Sugar Mold

Help!! TLOML wants me to run up two sugar molds. Is there an auger with a form to cut the molds themselves? The pryramidal shape has me guessing. Anyone done this?

Take a large flat boring wood bit and taper and sharpen the sides. Use slowly in a drill press. Should look like this

with point on the bottom and shaft on top. Grind slowly so that you don't blue the metal and ruin the temper. Count the grind time time on each side to make sure the bit is symetrical. Take small bites and alternate often.
