Hi to all. I am planning to purchase a new lathe in the very near future, probably a PM3520b. Where is this lathe and motor built?

WMH Group has them built in Tiwan I believe. Great machine. I have the 3520a model.

Welcome to SMC Don. I have the 3520A and really do like it a LOT.!!!!! I've seen the 3520B and it is a nice machine as well with some enhancements over the 3520A.

I'm really looking forward to ordering it, having just rid myself of a 1920's Merican lathe - gave it away.

Mostly I'll be turning spindles, legs, etc.; however, I am becoming intrigued by the amazingly wonderful bowls being turned by the members of this forum.
