Just got my second batch of filters from Wynn Environmental today. Thankfully these arrived unscathed, which couldn't be said of the first shipment. Both shipments arrived with 3 days of ordering and the call to them about the damaged ones couldn't have gone any smoother. I'm still waiting on the UPS call tag though for them to pick up the bad ones, but know from experience that UPS is just plain slow with those.
Although I would have expected them to take care of the problem, I thought I'd give credit where it due. They made it positively easy.
Here's a pic of the worst of the two from the first shipment. The other wasn't near as bad but still had some issues. I'm still new to this whole DC thing, but something tells me I didn't want to use either one of them.
