View Full Version : downloaded a shed plan...came as a .exe file...Help needed

Hi...just wondering if I can work around this in anyway. On my mac I cannot work with an exe file...(pausing here for mac jokes:D )...if I email someone the .exe file I am wondering if you can then print it to a PDF file and email me back the PDF? Worst case is you get the plans for a 10x14 saltbox shed.

never mind....found a program called Juicer and it was able to strip away the .exe shel and let me unstuff the PDF.

Tim, I have a tool called Winzip (http://www.winzip.com/). It will unpack several types of compressed files and let you view them before you execute them. It is really quite handy.
