I started last night installed the power feed mechanism on the Powermatic 100 planner. It's like putting a big puzzle back together. :)

I have one belt that is wrong and have to take it back and get the right one. But what I want to know is who has the Octopus? I know that Powermatic had to have one in the factory to hold and tighten all these idlers. Two hands are just not enough. And besides if he (or she) lost a finger (arm? tentacle?) rolling the belt on an idler it would grow back! :rolleyes:
