"HELP" with Laser Master 2

I recieved my 25 watt laser about 3 weeks ago, and I about to have a stroke trying to figure out the software program that came with it. Has anyone had any luck with Laser Master 2?? I don't think it's very user friendly. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreicate them. Thanks

What kind of problems are you having? Have you looked at the web site for help or have you called the 800 number?
