Wow Nissim,
You just keep cranlking out the great DIY ideas.
Only recomendation I have would be a oneway roller to prevent kick back. Not sure how that would be done.

Hi Nissim -

Thank you for these new photos on your rolling finger board.

The roller angled downward looks like it's the key ingredient.

Thank you.

L'heet.

Doesn't those one roller for the tablesaw have them, I can't think of the name of them but they are green and yellow. One of them only rolls in one direction I think.

Thank you

Tyler
I don’t think that you can get a kickback, at least not from the roller. I emphasized many times that the roller should be positioned before the blade line (about 1”) so when the roller is detached from the board it is still in one piece and the cut is finished with the push stick as usual. I never got a kickback and I’m using it already 3 years.

Thank you, yes the roller angle is a very important point, I learnt it from experience.
I was trying to send you PM or e-mail but I could not.

Very nice system Nissim. I would urge you to send this at the very least in as a shop tip. Should be worth a nice prize to one of the mags. Thanks for the tip.
