I was a little busy last night

I don't always feel like going out to the shop in the evening even though I like being out there. I work in & out of the shop all day & get to see & dream of what I'd do if I could have the time. Last night I had the time & actually felt like it.

So here is a little something I turned out in about 45 minutes. I still need to finish the bottom & put a finish on it. I am not much on recognizing some types of wood especially when the are spalted this much. This is either Birch or Alder.
