My first American Fillagree's (top 2) and another Stateman fountain pen.
Try as I could, there was just too much shiny silver rhodium to get a true representation of these pens, sorry about the poor pic. Woods from top to bot are walnut, cocobolo from Darrick Cayton and walnut.
These, like the last post, are for a friend to give as gifts to his family. The walnut came from his "family farm" front door. "Special" and an honor is the feeling working with it.
Take a close look at the filagree's - after assembly I noticed the centerbands are different. The one on the walnut pen is obviously for a different kit - shorter and slightly wider. I trust the outfit he bought them from will make it right.
