I just recieved my Unilift from Woodpecker and ordered a special plate for my Ryobi RE600 plunge router. The lifter installed in the table perfectly but when I tried to install my router I discovered the T-2 plate will orient (install) only in one position. That position places the ears of the plate directly over the handle points on the frame. Therefore, the rounter will not install in the lifter becaue the handles interfere with the lifting mechanism. Has anyone else had this experience and how did you resolve it? I'm not going to cut off part of the frame

Jerry, you have probably tied this, but will it spin 90 or 270 degrees? (the router on the woodpecker adaptor plate) The handles just need to go to the open space, I know, state the obvious. If all else fails, e-mail, or call Woodpeckers tomorrow. I know you wanted to work with it on your day off. Sorry you've run into problems. Hopefully someone will pop in with specific help. I've got the PRL with the PC 7518. so no problem with handles. Jim.

Yeah Jim, I've spent the better part of a day spining that plate on the bottom of my router but there just isn't any possible way to align the holes except as I've already described. I took pictures and sent them off to Woodpecker hoping I missed something really stupid and they can tell me where I've gone astray. Will let you-all know
