Question about Terminology

OK, So I'm thinking about buying one of those special drills +accessories for sanding insides of bowls for nicer finishes. What is the terminology for the rubber thing that goes in the drill and which has the sand paper goes onto it?? The sand paper is just referred to as Sanding Disks right, with hook and loop backing or whatever??

I've seen them called "Hook and Loop Disc holder", at least on Craft Supplies USA website. Oddly enough,the sandpaper discs are called "Hook and Loop Discs":D

I suppose other suppliers may use other names.

the "rubber sanding disk holding thingy" I believe is the correct term..:D
