PVC or metal?

Rick

I would think it would have to be metal, because PVC doesn't come in 7". It only comes in even numbered inches above 4", (maybe above 2", I just can't remember).

Oneida has them. I just ordered 2 of the 7" adjustable ones because now that i moved when I mount my DC the inlet will be away from the wall. They have what you need.

Air Handling Systems (http://www.air-handling-systems.com/product_detail.asp?ProductID=2&PartID=276&CategoryID=1&SubCategoryID=1)is the place to go. They make their own parts. These are not the cheap junk your get at the borg, but parts that will stand the test of time.

7" connectors do not exist in PVC...only metal. Jeff, where do you live? Try to find a local source or one that is within reasonable driving distance. Shipping these suckers can cost as much or even more than the parts themselves!
