Ambrosia Maple Hollow Form with Finial

Here is an ambrosia maple hollow form I did yesterday. It is 8-1/2" to the top of the ambrosia finial and 5" in dia. It also has a ebony collar between the two ambrosia piece's.

It was finished with wipe on poly and beall buffed. It does have a bit of curl in it also.

Very nice, Dick. Real pretty wood, and you did a great job with it. To my (very uneducated) eye, the finial seems a tad bit long for the form, but I still like the contours of the finial nonetheless. Excellent work.
