I know the wind speeds are down from a few days ago...but WOW! And it's first victum was from here in Rhode Island! From MSNBC

The surf claimed Isabel’s first victim Thursday when a man who was watching the storm on Black Point in Naragansett, R.I., was swept away and drowned, NBC affiliate WJAR-TV of Providence reported. Authorities recovered his body but would not identify him until his family could be found."
