Hello,

I am awaiting my resin varnish top to cure for the dining room table, it will be a good 3 more weeks. I just finshed putting the Behlen's on last week. I now have in my posession the 2L #1, 16 #2 and PO91 #3 or (pre-polish, fine polishing, and there intensive).

OK, here are some application questions.

The 2L is pretty thick, what is the best way to use it with some water spritz and a lamb bonnet or perhaps a surbuf polising pad?

Now the 16 is thicker, application technique and applicator?

The PO91 looks ready to go with a bonnet, am I correct?

I appreciate all the input from you guys.

Thanks,
Kyle

Hi Kyle,

Got the message.

I am gonna do one better, I am sending a link to Mr. J Lucas,

'cause everything I learned I learned from him.

One thing though, I have had great results using the Festool

s 4000 platin , which Mr Marino made me aware of.#Item # 492372.

Damp at step 2.

I promise I will check back, I don't come here often enough.

Kyle: I've found the surbuf pads on a ros thin out the 2l and #16 so I don't have to dilute them I guess it is the heat generated that does the trick.

Kyle,

Before I post how I break all the rules for perfection.

( I am pay check oriented)

Check out Jerry Work's suberb manual at Target coatings.

There are great http://www.targetcoatings.com/home/manual.html

polishing tips towards the end.

Another thing I found both through research and practice,

it is imperative not to cotaminate the polish's with each other.

One more, we found for damping use seltzer water.

Bottled. SHsssh It works for us.

Thanks for the website, I was familiar with the site but had never ventured that far, burning up the printer as I type. Some good reading tonight, looks like a lot of very useful information.

Don't worry the secret is safe here, seltzer water, spilled a cocktail figuring that one out didn't you.
