As requested here is what I’ve accomplished with all of “yous guys” help! I’ve broken it up into multiple posts to make it easier.

This was my first real bowl. I never finished going through the proper sanding as I was trying to finish it in time to show my father on Thanksgiving. It is 8” round by 3” high maple and was “finished” with some floor wax.

in all honesty, that is a very well sanded bowl, unless there are scratches that aren't apparent in photos. It looks smooth and shiny, and I like the form. I like it.

Wayne I think I see what you are talking about but even at that this is a beautiful bowl in color form and finish. Good job!:)

Wayne, nice work on all your stuff... pens, bottle stoppers, and other bowl. I see the scratches, but it's a nice form. I bet you don't get in a hurry again though.

Wayne, this is not a bad effort at all great wood and nice form and finish.

Nice work with that bowl, Wayne. Looks like the floor wax really works.
