Quick Blum hinge/door thickness question

Full inset doors.

Blum mentions that the hinge specs are based on a 3/4" door and face frame thickness.

How strict is that spec? After milling my material the thickness is exactly 47/64, 1/64 under 3/4.

Am I in trouble or is this okay?

Hi Mark

You will not have any problem.

The ¾” thickness of the door, is only for the depth that you drill the hinge hole (so you will not drill through the door panel).
¾” are 19mm, In Europe we are using 18mm. 1mm is 5/128 so with 1/64 less you are more than safe.
I drill the holes to a depth of 15mm (19/32).
