hardwareworld - Any experience with them?

After googling for some brass plated chest handles I found the best prices at a place called hardwareworld.com. I've never come across this place before. Anybody here ever bought from them? And if so, any reason why I should avoid them? Their site looks pretty standard, but I'm always a bit put off by outfits that don't list their actual physical location (at least no where I can see on their site).

My guess would be that they are somewhere in Kansas, western Missouri, western Iowa, or eastern Nebraska, judging from this (http://www.hardwareworld.com/deliverytime.aspx) map.

I'd never heard of them. It is interesting to see how fiercely they are a web-only company -- no address given, and no phone number either.

Yeah - even their 'Contact Us' info is email based.
