First, this is not a plagerized copy of Raymond's Peach NE posted earlier.:) This one is not near as good as his. This was a Dry blank that was given to me by a friend and it was dry and hard. This is the first piece off my new lathe (which works great, very pleased with it). This measure 8" dia. x 6" tall. Base is 2-7/8" dia. and walls are about 7/16". Finished with wipe on gel poly and buffed. Thanks for looking and as always if you see something I need to improve or that you don't like please let me know.

Keith, I surely didn't corner the market on natural edge pieces or the curved V shaped bowl so no need to qualify or for the disclaimer. Very nicely done and good wood selection.

I know Raymond. I did not see yours until after I had started on mine and I thought it was weird that we both had done the same shape. Yours is still better:)

Well, we WOULD have more cherrypeach tress around....but Mark's already cut'em all down and made bowls out of'em....:eek: :D
