I think I'm a pretty decent woodworker... but I wouldn't want to test my woodworking joints to hold together while vibrating and under stress at 50mph/90kph

I love it! I figure that as long as the joints have mechanical fasteners, it should be just fine! :) Just keep an eye on rot is all or seal those suckers good.
