Here Are 2 Bowls I Turned This Weekend. The Ne Is Hedge Apple From Salina Kansas. It Is Kiln Dried. I Loved The Color Of The Wood. Our Club Past Pres. Sold His House And Had To Clear Out His Kiln. I Got Lucky. The Other Bowl Is Black Walnut. It Is 11" Dia. And 6" Tall. I Have A Full Pickup Load Of This Wood. They Both Have One Coat Of Oil Only. Thanks For Looking

Great looking bowls Steve. Hedge apple looks really good. We call that Osage Orange out this way. Great job.

Great job Steve on both bowls. Kiln dried wood will be good for turning lidded boxes ;) and just about anything else you can think of, nice score..

Nice job Steve. The walnut looks great and didn't know the Hedge Ball trees could be turned! Never thought about it before I guess.

Looks great to me! There are few woods I like more than walnut. I saw the NE and said, "Boy, I do love that Osage Orange. Hedge apple? OOoooo yea, I get it." We call them Monkey Oranges out here ;)

I must admit, though, capitalizing every word does make your post hard to read.
