I have hundreds of sheets of sandpaper that has curled. What is the best way to flatten it out? To store sheet sandpaper?

If you have less than 20 sheets of each grit, then something like this expanding letter size organizer works well.

kenneth, i cut 3/4 mdf slightly oversized and place the paper between 2 sheets, you can stack up several gritts using the mdf as spacers just write on the edge with a sharpie showing the gritts...02 tod

I use a sanding block for all my sandpaper applications. I buy the sheets and use a rotary cutter (from the sewing world) to cut them down to size. I store them in a three drawer plastic cabinet I bought at Wahl Mart. Turns out that three wide fit fine. I now have six grits readily available for use. The bottom drawer is used to store foam sanding blocks and Scotch Brite (green scrubbies) sanding pads.
