I'm building a outside menu box for a restaurant and want to verify some choices:

It will be painted and I'm planning on cypress for the wood.
I'm planning on no seal for the door, thinking the window may fog up if I seal it tight.
I'm torn between which glue to use, Titebond II, plastic resin, or epoxy.
I'm planning to use Gorilla Gue to attach wine corks to a painted back.
I'm thinking solid brass hardware is a good choice.

Thanks for any thoughts you can provide.

I'm torn between which glue to use, Titebond II, plastic resin, or epoxy.I built a couple of small boats that have been in and out of the salt water for well over ten years. No joint failures using West System two part epoxy.

Drill some holes in the bottom for air circulation.

I would use the new Titebond III. It's waterproof, not water resistant.

Why the Gorilla Glue? It needs very tight clamping to keep the expanding foam from pushing the parts apart. I would use a silicone Sealent/Adhesive. Works great gluing dissimilar materials.
