We often read horror stories when customer service from large corporations is poor.
I like to give kudos to Porter-Cable this time around.
After looking around on Amazon for an instructional DVD for my Omnijig to purchase, I sent an email to PC asking if one was available.
That was Saturday, today I received a reply:

Dear Bruce,

Thank you for visiting the Porter-Cable website.
We are shipping a DVD instruction video for the 5116 to you.

I thought that was pretty cool!

That's great to hear Bruce. I think we all should post are stories of good customer service. Lately we all seem to post only the bad.:rolleyes:

When my PC router was recalled earlier this year I took it in to the nearest service center. They shipped a new motor in a week by courier. I had been told not to take the collets in as they would not be replaced. New motor came with 2 new collets, Can't complain about that service.

Yup...Porter-Cable is top notch in my book as well.
