We often read horror stories when customer service from large corporations is poor.
I like to give kudos to Porter-Cable this time around.
After looking around on Amazon for an instructional DVD for my Omnijig to purchase, I sent an email to PC asking if one was available.
That was Saturday, today I received a reply:
Dear Bruce,
Thank you for visiting the Porter-Cable website.
We are shipping a DVD instruction video for the 5116 to you.
I thought that was pretty cool!
