My First Pictures (I Think)

Here is my first project that I am brave enough to post pictures of. It is my second attempt at a bottle stopper. The wood is Russian Olive. It grows like a weed around here. I just cut the tree down a couple weeks ago and pretty much dried the blanks in a microwave. The thingy to put the bottle in is not finished yet. Had to take pictures because it is for my daughter and she is taking the stopper home today. She will get the holder later.

Great Paul!!! Russian Olive grows around here too - it's an invasive species. I was wondering how it would turn and how it looked. Looks nice!!! Cut it down and turn it to help the environment :D
